That bios has got clean ME firmware. Don`t you have the original bios backup ? Did you make a backup before trying any other bios.The link you posted at post #1 isn`t your bios is it,it from another thread on badcaps.

Try this one,if its still opening late run Flash programming tool from dos,uefi or windows from the command line with this switch -greset e.g. if you run the win64 version from the command line then run:

FPTW64.exe -greset

I tried , it is opening fastly but closing slowly.

If its starting up quickly the bios is fixed.Shutting down slowly is a problem with windows 10,drivers,hard drive or other hardware.
