Did you tried the master password using your service tag with suffix?

Yes ,i tried the master password ,with no luck. I tried many suffixes ,and nothing help me.
The bios is corrupt, and don't let me in in the principal page of the bios. I only have acces of bios ,using a recovery USB ,when it give me an option to introduce the administrator password, with nothing more on the screen. No Service Tag, no Sevice Number.
Just to introduce the Administrator Passwword.
I have tried with the Service Tag ,adding a suffix, but nothing worked.

Thanks for the help
Unfortunately it doesn't work. The bios recovery menu keeps appearing and asking me for the password, but this time with the fan at maximum speed.
I have another latitude 7490, I'm going to make a copy of the bios and flash this version, then I'll change the service tag and the serial.
