i have two lenovo x131e. one with computrance error and the other with bios password. they are also same board number DAL12AMB8E0 REV E.

i believe working with anyone should fix both. thank you

Hey mhkhan try this bios, unfortunately none of the ones posted above worked for me. I used a clip over the chip and a 341a programmer , took several times until the verify worked.

well, why doesn't the original one work??? because you wrote it with errors.. remove the bios chip from the board before writing or reading.. don't use the clip.. if you don't have anything to remove it, stick wires between chip and programmer.. what programmer do you have..??? and try post #19..

now previous bios did not work...

before the bios writing ,laptop is working perfectly
the fault is that laptop never shutdown compelet .
screen in off but machine is still on continuously .
the new bios is writing the machine is no power on,,,
what happened bro
please any solution....

Try this files, tested and working. Write all the three bios chips
