I Got a security warning after installing your file, I cant install windows (tried multiple USB installer) with secure boot on and off.

o.k reinstalled windows on original bios tried to do a bios update
warning:there is no manifest on current system.
try to update but still fails

The original bios is very old from 2018 . Version 1.7.1 isn`t listed at dell support, the next version up is 1.7.2 https://dl.dell.com/FOLDER05337151M/...7x90_1.7.2.exe .Try to update the bios incrementally , go up a few versions at a time. Install the TPM update but read the instructions carefully first.

I had Tried doing What you said before posting, But It won't update any bios
I tried 1.6.0, 1.7.2, 1.8.0, 1.9.3 etc
it always reboots and fails at first step.
I did Manage to update the TPM form 7.2.0.1 to 7.2.2.0 but can not update that until bios is updated

Your file worked, it allowed me to upgrade the bios.
I did the other updates in order up to 1.44.

Sorry to come back ,but just noticed it is saying its a Latitude 7290 when it should be 7390.
how can I fix this ?
