thanks. only the first one works but only for User Access level. i can only change the User password and not the Admin Password. i can't also change boot options. same status with your attached bios file. it still had password.

Post the laptop serial number, also post pictures of the barcode stickers/QR codes on the motherboard

the owner said he cleans his laptop heatsink and when it assembled again and turns on it has no displayl i have attached the original bios can someone please help fix the bios please
