Uploaded it but again seems bios was not the issue... I am still working on the laptop though as it is showing some signs of life...

Service Tag: 558XHR2

I believe my BIOS is kind of corrupt, 1 out of 20 tries it boots, after changing RAM stick, RAM slot and disconnecting the battery for a while. The other 19 times, 2 amber lights and 5 white ones. BIOS battery is 3.2V.
My BIOS does NOT have password.

Can anyone check if it is indeed corrupt?

then if we wanna change model we should use different serial number

I have a Dell 7490 laptop but it only has lighting on the keyboard and no image. I already cleaned the bios but it does the same thing to me. I don't know if anyone can keep an eye on it.I do not have service tag since the tag was deleted

hi all good member

I need someone do me a favour to know what is difference between this two bios bin instead of model and serial number. one of them is for dell 7390 and another 7490.
my problem is with Microsoft account, when I am programming bios bin file from 7390 on 7490 laptop work without Microsoft account but when I programming 7490 bios bin then there is Microsoft account on it and I can't find what is difference.
