The machine does not turn on, when pressing the power button the keyboard lights up, but the machine turns off immediately.
Starting the display test (power buttons + D) does light up the display and goes through the basic colors nicely. There's no short
on the board, so I'm assuming a bios issue.

MEAnalyzer reports one error for the bios dump: "Error: Detected CSE Extension 0x03 with wrong Partition Hash at FTPR > FTPR.man!"

    Anybody able to help?

    Thank you.

Go to Dell support and enter the service tag. On the right side of the page you should see "View product specs" ,click on that to see the System Configuration . Expand the list and read it carefully. Every Dell can be checked this way, look for the CPU version (if the bios update has different CPU versions you will know which one is the right one) and vPro, non vPro ,vPro enabled or disabled

                        Hello,

I have the same issue as 3mz3t

when i hold D and plug in charger the screen does self test, but when i try to turn on the laptop i just get blinking LEDs which indicate:
                        2 5 Invalid memory installed
I suspect bios issue, here is the bios file i read using my CH341A.

                        ST : 3FJ9TT2

                        Reg Type No : P82G002
