Where did you get that .bin file originally? The programmer has two modes: Read _ backup bios. Write _ write bios back to the device.

Thanks! It works. Now i have another problem: my HDD is password protected in old BIOS is there a possibility to remove that password ... so can i reuse the hdd and all data stored in it?
