Unfortunately didn't work, still requires password when it starts. Is there a way for you to get the password out of the dump? Thanks

Didn't work because your machine has a custom bios (W-suffix), most probably dealership custom bios version with hard-coded password.

Very sad. Im planning to just buy a new motherboard. Assuming the bios of the new motherboard is unlocked, I should be good, right?

It should be, yes. But don't give up so soon, let's try a few things before that.
Remove the hdd and rtc battery before first boot.
