The EC has 64KB of code,the rest is padded out with zero`s .Your kbc programmer will pad it out if you flash a 64KB EC to 128KB . You can check the EC with a hex editor. I`ll post the 64KB same EC .

Yes its right. I think have power problem because I have flashing 2 dump file but not working.
I get 3.3v on Main power ic ,Kbc ic and power button. A d battery socket.
And 5 volt
But no reason.
Can you help me with Schamtic x boardview.

The bios and 64kb EC i posted was extracted from the lenovo bios update. There is no schematic or boardview available, sorry.
