I've check your file and seems as the password is not stored there, most likely is in the EC/KBC.
You mention that there's a password in the bios, what's the suffix of the code it gives you, is it 6FF1 or other? I believe it is 6FF1 suffix by looking at the bios file, this and other suffixes have generators that have been released already.
