Yes, it has been around since the release of the E7A8 suffix
0001 is not a suffix, it's a code...
The master password has been disabled by the administrator. This laptop no longer supports master password.

You mean "Master Password Lockout" is enabled in the bios settings?
And accordingly master password has been rejected even if it's correct, and in this scenario XXXXXX-0001 is showing on screen.

Yes of course, take and upload the bios dump here. One of us will remove the password, and after that you can write back the edited file to the chip.

Yes, just write the BIOS with a file without a password. Just like it was done before the master password was released. @Vesko356 is a master at solving this issue.
