Go to the acer support website: https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/conten...oduct/3318?b=1 .Download bios version 1.15 .With winrar or 7zip right click on the file BIOS_Acer_1.15_A_A.zip and extract to a folder. Inside there`s a folder called ROM ,inside that folder there`s the full 8MB bios and EC . -

There`s 3 folders inside the ROM folder , Crisis ,EC and ME+BIOS .The bios is in the ME+BIOS folder . Be sure to download bios version 1.15Comment

Hello everyone,
I need help with my Acer Aspire 5920G laptop. Its original GeForce 8600M GT graphics card failed, so I replaced it with an Nvidia GeForce 9600M GT MXM card.
**Problem:** The laptop powers on, but there is no display (black screen) on either the internal LCD or external monitor. This indicates a BIOS compatibility issue with the new graphics card.
**What I have tried so far:**
