post the backup copy of the original bios of the laptop.

i do not have original bios
The problem with laptops is that only the caps lock button turns on and off but does not display an image

bios extracted from the Hp site update, the laptop has bios variants, try them one by one.

What dmi tool to set sn. and ct. help
i tried several versions and there is an unsupported model everywhere
