No power with this bios. Only Caps lock lit up

Not working. Only caps lock stay light up. With another bios found on this site works but no dmi information. I will post bowf bios, mine (corrupted) and the working but no dmi information

i received a laptop HP ProBook 650 G3 Base Model Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)
Board Code: CLOONEY-6050A2860101-MB-A01
Serial No: 5CG7235R57
Fault: Board on, lights on, after a while fan spins fast and no display
when i remove ram then there is ram beep
Checked hardware, 3+5 vots ram vots, processor volts and assolation is ok

Somebody already changed its bios, i dont know its original backup or not
I need a working clean bios for this model
