Lifebook NH532 Bios clean

I have the Lifebook NH532 (napa rev 2.1) bios which is lock.
Does anyone has dump bios?
I attached the bios.

It doesn't work to me. Probable it's not the same motherboard.

I fixed the bios and I made them from the beginning for two different motherboard.
I attached the bios.
They works to me ...

Thanks, 114 was working for me.
Broken laptop power connector destroy my mx100 ssd and scramble bios.
Flash was w25q64cv and programmer tl866 IIplus.
Check id must disable and not sure but, finally i keep power on pcb when program chip. I use clip connector.
