Always.

Tested it still 2 long beeps and 2 short beeps, the one posted in here is working but i need to edit the serial and can't seem to find the serial on the bios bin.

Nevermind, i just used the working BIOS file and edited serial number etc.. using hex editor, and now it reflects the correct serial

your bios has corporate me firmware,it should have had consumer fw. Try this bios

Laptop power on but processor VCCGT supply not present
All other supplies in coils are present.
3V/5V OK
Ram 1.2V OK
