post S/N, full name and model, motherboard model, original bios even if it is corrupted, etc.

I have an EliteBook x360 1030 G2 (OLDMAN 6050A2848001 MB A01) with no display. I have flashed the 16Mb many time without result. Sometimes, the display comes and there is a message: "the bios has recovered its identity data from the embedded controller due to data mismatch". After this message the computer reboot and no more screen. I join the 16 & 8 mb dump to this message. Please i really need your help

hello every one
i have a hp x360 1030 g2 with no display
it turns on and amps drawing plays around 0.15 to 0.30 and finally sits around 0.18 amps and fan goes high
i have programmed some bios and also ec from this thread with no success
i have the original bios and ec
please would someone help me to identify is there any problem with my files or not?
i really appreciate your help

The bios is probably corrupted.
Typical error like no display, blinking multiple times and the fan spins faster.
Can you fix it?
