Hp probook 450 g4( da0x83mb6h0) rev:h bios dump

hie guys need help hp 450 g4 not switching on.. if you insert power jack it just shows power switch light for 5 seconds then off ,the power jack light flashes white and orange then off .if you try to switch it on nothing comes .can someone check for me if the bios is okay
