The extracted file only has a 6MB bios update,not the full bios . Do you want the bios for the optiplex 9010 ? here: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=82366

I unpacked the Dell UEFI BIOS using Dell PFS BIOS Extractor v4.6 and v6.0_a16. I got the files "System BIOS with BIOS Guard.bin", compared them in the hex editor and realized that they are different! Which version of Dell PFS BIOS Extractor should I use to unpack the bios?
Quite often, after unpacking the bios, Dell PFS Extractor creates several folders and creates a text document with a description that contains various "Model IDs". How to choose the right folder? I tried searching for these "Model IDs" in the bios dump, but it didn't help.
