HP Probook 4540s - BIOS

mobo model: 4540S (wistron roadrunner 1.1 12260-1)
Have 5v and 3.3v on board
Have 3.3v on BIOS and power button.

After connecting charger it's glowing white once and goes to amber color and restart it in cyclic order.

Anyone have any idea?
is it from BIOS?

The computer is back alive. But there are a lot of errors in the "BIOS" like missing Serial / SKU / WIN8 Serial etc . and says "Manufcatiring 1/10 process".

It still works... but everything was lost...
