Hello everyone, I have a Hp probook 650 G2 that is working well, problem is, it switches on the fan when the laptop have been shutdown. This will run till the battery drains. I have tried flashing with BIOS downloaded from here but it doesn't display anything.
When i "borrow" BIOS from a similar motherboard, it doesnt power, or when it powers, no display.
Attached is the original bios dump. Any help is welcome.
PS: I'm trying to find time to read about BIOS ME etc, between my workshop hours, hoping to succeed.
Ohhh! My bad, I'm truly very sorry to have broken a cardinal forum rule. I offer my apologies to everyone and particularly to SMDFlea. Reading the rules is a must. Thanks for pointing it out to me.

I have an HP EliteBook 650 G2 (CIRCUS-6050A2723701-MB-A02) with no audio. The problem is not with the driver or speaker. the sound works in the BIOS menu (I can hear the beep). Could the BIOS be causing this issue, and how can I fix it?
this is the bios

I don't think the bios would have problems... there is a USB adapter that has a headphone output... try this and see if you have sound, after that we'll see... informative picture, you can choose what you want..
