asus k42ja rev:2.0 fan 100% working.Need bios

asus k42ja rev:2.0 when i power up the board few seconds later the fan start insanely working .... first the heatpipe was very hot so i porgrammed the bios now the pipes are cooler but still fan working
its seem the problem is with me region bios so anyone have a fixed and good dump for me?

Upload your dump so that others can fix the me region if you cant fix it on your own.
