My hp probook 645 g1 power button is continuously blinking with black screen any idea what is the problem, is it the bios?

not sure if this is the right place for this but i been trying for weeks to get into the bios on my hp probook 645 G1 but has an administrator password how can i reset it so i can access the bios. any help is much appreciated Thanks
