Are you sure this password is store in bios chip? there is no eeprom? so you can try this...
main bios + ec bios + update cap file (for your reference)

don't use pw-org, it will not work, cause only for 5x4 hash fujitsu...
your password will generate 6x4 hash.... there is no free generator for 6x4 hash until now...
