même chose khoya, mais j'ai réparer le problème j'ai changé une parti du fichier.bin qui contiens le mot de passe, merci beaucoup pour votre aide .

I have say that this laptop it coming to me for some days with display and working good but the problem is after some
minutes stoped -ie is overheating and shutting down-
the heatsink was blocked with lint.
naturaly for always i take a copy for the bios to all the laptop coming with problem to me

and he wanted that we can helping us -exchange bios....idee because we are from morroco and not far .......

Hi , i have the same sony vaio PCG-71213M (vpceb4j1e).which utility did you use to update your bios with the attached file ridamouh159 has sent you?I think i have a corrupted bios and i really need to reinstall my bios

Hello sommek, you have to remove the bios chip from the board and reprogram it using an external programmer.

Here is my sony vaio pcg-71211 whose card was hs i bought another motherboard pcg-71213, the problem now is that my sony will only start if the battery is lodged and the charger is stuck.
It does not start with the charger alone or with the battery alone.j wanted to flash the bios but I do not find the flash software under dos thank you for your help

Regarding the same problem, for a Samsung laptop, I needed to change a capacitor behind the microprocessor. If I remember correctly, the latop would only start if I removed the charger and it would only work on battery.
