hello fellow technicians !

can someone help me with this bios?

i got charging led on white charging the battery to OJ, tough it does not trigger to switch on.

3.3v from power button does drop. 0 activity on bios and for some reason no voltage on the bios.

3.3v its present on the battery socket, eliminating the fact that the 3.3v not present.

Charging and DEAD at the same time. Schrodinger Cat FFS

so it powers up and it blinks 3 long and 2 short

the screen goes black from that green tone.

Well since this is a soc system which is starting and the memory controller is in cpu i would try to reflow or reball that cpu...

reballing its not a option for me.

making this a class hobby and having all the tools except the bga station.

got this notebook from a friend who gave quite a lot of free stuff, so i kinda own him this board to fix.

reflow i will do.

Back again to this HP.
I reflow the CPU and I'm up and running.
Now there is no info in BIOS .
Nothing no serial no ID

Can someone help me infuse the serial nr ?

i have hp 15-ab215tx laptop with dax1bdmb6f0 Rev F. board.
it is powering up but no display capslock blinking 5 times slow follow by 3 fast.

the embedded controller has timed out waiting for the BIOS

updated firmware but no sucess..
any suggession ?

Hello,
this capslock blink error is happening with HP laptops more often.
You try replacing RAM stick and check if it boots and share results.
