Surface Laptop 4 1950:1951 DFCI Locked

Hello!
I recently bought a second hand laptop and i've found mysel in same situation of this user:

When i booted up the pc the first time i saw an open lock on red background and that's when i found out about secure booting and secondly down the bios rabbit hole.. Honestly i'ts a bit out of my knowledge because i've mever messed around with this kind of stuff and before this a barely knew about all the problems you can end up in buying second hand pc.. Only thing i'm sure of is i won't repeat the same mistake again (sorry for the rant)..

Going back to problem is i get this screen on bios password setting and i can't change it: (UEFI PASSWORD SCREEN.jpg)
When i check the management screen there's nothing there: (MANAGEMENT SCREEN.jpg)

I went thru the instructions on this post:

But i'm inexperienced with electronics and i'm havinng an hard time understanding anything.. Electronic is something i've never messed with, is the dump and flash bios a thing i could get done from an electronic shop to be on the safe side?

Hi, and welcome to the Forum! You'll need to do the same as the users you quoted in those posts who had the same issue
You'll need an external SPI programmer to read and post a backup of your BIOS chip (just like they did) > 1. How to dump and flash

Haha, take all the time you need. We'll help once you manage to post your BIOS backup
You can use this small tool to ensure a GOOD backup (Follow instructions) > CompareBackups.rar
