Hi master i think the problem is probably bios .before it does'nt power on after your bios bin written it power on now i take six minutes waiting display is that minim ? i think now problem can be betwen the difference in me region me is not same had you verify that ? if i try to change me my fit tool 18.0.10.2285 gave error and my me analyzer couldn't open it again it gave (file does not contain intel engine/graphics/independent firmware have you solution to change me region ?Comment

Hi, HP Stock BIOS files for this model (what peste gave you) come with an already configured data section ("clean CSME region")
You couldn't see that because the official ME Analyzer (by Plato) only supports (CS)ME engine firmware families/versions up to around 15/16Comment

Sorry for the long story. I have a Dell Latitude 5530 (i7) laptop (South Peak 15 MLK MB DDR4 203102-1 FK8VG$JA) with an admin BIOS password that I want to remove. Service Tag: HYKFPT3. Other than that the laptop worked OK.
I found a CH341A Black and went looking for the BIOS chip on the motherboard. After trying to read one chip that was a firmware chip but not the BIOS I think I found the BIOS chip labeled Winbond 25Q256JVEN. Altogether I think I found 4 different firmware chips in the laptop. The BIOS chip is a WSON8 6x8. I used the CH341A, NeoProgrammer, and a cheap pogo pin clip... -

The laptop starts but no display. Connecting to an external monitor give me nothing too. Ive attached my original backup bios
