Check on your programmer software if it has an option to manually select size, select 160KB

i have a customer's hp victus laptop that had an issue with charging but it would boot up with a charged battery but now it doesn't boot up but the power light comes on and the caplock blinks once then it loses power all together. i'm getting 2v instead of 3v on the power button and i suspect that the EC is corrupt. I need someone to extract the EC contents from the main bios

Type the laptop serial number, full name and model, motherboard model, etc.
