Huawei matte DAH98AMBAD0 search EC file

Hi, I'm looking for a copy of the EC chip. I replaced it on a motherboard that had the EC chip, but it seems the first one in the laptop was programmable. It overheated, and even after replacing it, it still won't turn on. I suppose it needs to be programmed.

I've already searched on Google and this forum, but I haven't found a copy of the EC chip. If nobody has it, I suppose I'll have to buy it on eBay or AliExpress, since I saw that they sell this chip already programmed there.

Type the laptop serial number, full name and model, motherboard model, etc.
post the contents of the bios chip ,we might be able to extract the EC from it

Looking for BIOS flash file for HUAWEI MateBook X Pro 2019 (MACH-WX9)
            by maanee11
            Hello Everyone,

I have HUAWEI MateBook X Pro 2019 (MACH-WX9) whose BIOS got corrupted i beleive. I have acquired Ch341A SPI flasher to program the BIOS externally. I see that to program the BIOS, i need BIOS bin/hex file which i could use to reflash it externally via the flasher tool.

It seems like the support page of this model no longer exist: https://consumer.huawei.com/be/lapto...ro-2019/specs/

In the website, you can only see specs etc.

I have not tried to extract the BIOS dump yet as I want to see if there is any ray of sunshine...

Notice to users of XGecu TL866II Plus / T48 / T56 / T76 programmers regarding BIOS backup file size
            by m1ch43lzm
            Hi everyone
I noticed on the Xgpro software the BIOS backup files have extra bytes at the end when reading some chips, this is because the Xgpro software also reads the OTP region of those flash chips, and by default will append that region to the saved file
            Programmer models: XGecu TL866II Plus / T48 / T56 / T76

Example: GD25LQ128D (1.8V), IC size is listed as 0x1000000 Bytes (16777216 bytes) + 0xC00 bytes, those extra 0xC00 bytes will be appended to the end of the saved file by default, resulting in a file size of 16780288 bytes
There's also an extra OTP Secu.R...

            Huawei Matebook D14 NBL-WAP9R (DAH98AMBAD0)
            by ROONEY50
            Hi.

I'm learning about fixing computers and have received a dead Huawei D14. It has a nearly fully charged battery in it (16.5v) but no charger(USB-C). Without the battery connected, these are the ohm readings I'm getting.

            3.3v coil - 25 ohms
            5v coil - OL
The other 3 coils on the board are showing

            250 ohms
            45.3 ohms
            4000 mega ohms

I'm assuming the 3v is shorted maybe?

When I power the laptop on, it shows as dead. No CPU heat, no picture and no fan. However I noticed the 3.3v and 5v coils are showing the right...

            Huawei Magicbook m/b DAH98AMBAD0, dead
            by DrFalken
Just arrived a Magicbook with m/b DAH98AMBAD0 completely dead, power LED stay OFF.
Checking with thermal camera I see a chip labeled 4GA "pulsating".
            4GA code point me to "FT521GAb"="LDO, Dual out, Vout1/Vout2=2.8V/1.2V±2%, 250mA, +CE"
Maybe something is shorting it ?
            What can I check ?
Can't find it on the attached schematics - https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...atebook-no-cha...
