Hello. Recently i've got HP 15-dw0005ur with too long boot - near 1 minute before HP logo appears. Am i correct, that this problem reflects to ME and i need to clean it? Can you please help me and share a tool or guide how to do that?

Try BIOS extracted from HP website, DMI + Win key inserted
HP Notebook - 15-dw0005ur
BID 085EF
BIOS ver. F.31
S/N CND01069WJ
DMI + Win key 320000-32103F
First boot takes some time (initialize ME and RAM training), after restart it should boot quickly

Thank you so much for your desire to help.
After flashing this rom i've got Flashing boot block progress bar.
It seems to me, that backlight now activates faster, but after that.. Still 1 or more minute before HP logo appears.
Manufacturing Programing Mode is in unlock mode.
And the strange thing is, that Caps lock button responds before hp logo appears, as i understand correctly, laptop fully initializes, but for some reason boot or bios options are delayed
UPD. I have flashed bios from this thread - https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...89#post1826789 , and have got nearly the same result - When i press power button, 5-7 secs before LCD backlight turns on, after that caps lock button works, but HP logo appears / boot option / bios option 1 or 2 minutes later..
Have tried to change ram, remove wi-fi module, Any idea?

by burbutsalosHello ,
The issue with this set is that it turn on just fine and after a minute or so the picture shows either vertical lines or turns half black and from that point on starts a boot loop.
If a let the unit to cool down for a minute the same pattern starts again. i had exactly the same mainboard as a spare and replaced it but nothing changed.
Any ideas what to check?... -
by privato89Hello everyone,
I'm facing an issue with a HEG-001 motherboard that is unable to complete the Second-Stage Boot. I'd like to start directly with my conclusion, which is the decision to replace the MAX77621AEWI chip, and understand if it could be a correct evaluation.
Before I dive into the process that led me to this decision, I want to mention that I have a fully equipped lab where I can perform any kind of tests.
Let's begin:
Following some guides online, I tried to understand how the Boot phase of the Nintendo Switch works, and what are the... -

by hinisaI'm using Xiaomi Router 4A gigabit edition as wireless repeater. It worked fine for 2 years or so, but last week, wireless started to disappear.
When I unplug/replug the power, it was working fine for a day/half a day or so until it freezes again.
After testing with different power supply adapters and concluding it wasn't the issue I finally opened the case and this was the situation:
Anyway I proceed to clean up the mess and replace all caps but unfortunately it made the situation worse. Now router can't even boot, either it freezes during...-
