I am looking for a Bios file for a Fujitsu Lifebook E5412 . Also in order E5512 , U7512 , U7412 , U7312.
Bios Chip is Winbond 25Q80DVSIG

Those are 5 different models and each request should be posted seperately in an existing topic, if there is one ,or start a new thread.

The 25Q80DVSIG is not the bios chip.

The Fujitsu update BIOS for E5412 is common to all the models mentioned.

Unlock tool doesn't work, no hash provided after typing the 3 certain passwords.

I only found 25Q80DVSIG next to the BIOS battery.
Am I right?

25Q80DVSIG isn`t the bios chip, you can make a backup though and we`ll see what`s on it. The bios chip might be on the other side of the board.

I think You're right. Motherboard number is hidden under the left RAM bar (CP829256-01).
Photos on the net show a second Biochip on the back side of the board.

Now I need a suitable biosfile.

The BIOS file can be extracted from the Official firmware.
What happened to your Dump?
The password can be removed from the dump.

GD25b127 in SOP8 and GD25b256 in WSON8.
Which one needs to be flashed ?


The unzipped Official Firmware contains two Files,
FWUpdate.cap 12 Mbytes and FJNB2F4. CAP 18 Mbytes
Which is the right one ?

How can I convert it to .bin for HC341 Programmer ?

(because the clip doesn't work reliably)
Which chip do I need to contact?
GD25b127 in SOP8 or GD25b256 in WSON8.
Which one contains the Bios?
