Hello, try this file; it's the latest version released by Lenovo (1.32 (R1MET62W)).
If that doesn't work, then I'm out of ideas. Unfortunately, you'll have no other choice but to try it. I doubt it will work.
I'm afraid it's not a BIOS problem, but rather a possible hardware defect.
I've used your original Windows key; everything should be fine.
In my experience, with Lenovo BIOS chips starting with the 32 MB versions, it becomes increasingly difficult to create a new BIOS file from the extracted r1muj62w.exe files provided by Lenovo.
I get the impression that they're making everything more and more complicated and are no longer interested in repairs.
                Just my opinion.

I know I should create a dedicated post, but since we're here, I have a similar problem to the guy, with the same laptop.

But I have a question about your BIN file, is it safe for me to use it? I mean regarding compatibility. I don't know much about this process, but I just bought my first ch341A and I understand that I'm going to commit a metaphorical homicide if I do something wrong.

Use 1.8V adapter with the CH341A, otherwise you'll damage BIOS chip or the board/CPU, if your BIOS chip looks like the picture on post 21 you need a WSON8 8x6 probe/pogo pin adapter, the SOIC8 clip which comes with most CH341A kits won't work on it
Read the contents of the BIOS chip and upload it here as .zip or . rar

                        Info from Lenovo Support:

                        Nothing helped

I ordered a new mainboard from UK via Ebay in the morning; https://www.ebay.de/itm/389066676855
