    ThinkBook 14p G2 ACH - need new BIOS bin

    Hello BIOS gurus,

    Laptop in trouble is:

    model: ThinkBook 14p G2 ACH
    MO: PF9XB1C20495
    MTM: 20YN0023AU
    SN#: PF3GVSPN

    Current issue: laptop react on power button, battery charging, fan turning on/off, no CAPS LOCK response on pressing, no system boot and screen remains black.

    What was done so far - connected external monitor via HDMI / USB-C, system reset, BIOS reset - all to no avail.
    Also loaded random BIOS for this model from internet - PC booting up but have odd issues when I try to reinstall Win11 on it.
    Would be happy to get working BIOS with own SN.

    Would it be possible for one of qualified people here to cook BIOS binary file for this machine?

              I have a Lenovo Thinkbook 15 G2 ITL i5 Laptop (serial number: MP2BFZEF) that when I turn it on, the led on the power button lights up for 5 seconds, then goes out. There's no display and nothing happens.
              So I thought it was a Bios problem.
              I found 3 bios chips on the board, which I read with a bios programmer: two XMC model bios chips and a Winbond model bios chip. Each XMC model bios chip has two partitions named XM25QH128A [3.3V] and XT25F128A [3.3V]. And the Winbond model bios chip has three partitions named W25Q80BL 3.3V, W25Q80xV 3.3V and W25Q80DV 3.3V....

              Sorry for the long story. I have a Dell Latitude 5530 (i7) laptop (South Peak 15 MLK MB DDR4 203102-1 FK8VG$JA) with an admin BIOS password that I want to remove. Service Tag: HYKFPT3. Other than that the laptop worked OK.

              I found a CH341A Black and went looking for the BIOS chip on the motherboard. After trying to read one chip that was a firmware chip but not the BIOS I think I found the BIOS chip labeled Winbond 25Q256JVEN. Altogether I think I found 4 different firmware chips in the laptop. The BIOS chip is a WSON8 6x8. I used the CH341A, NeoProgrammer, and a cheap pogo pin clip...

              Hello everyone,

              I recently bought a non-working Asus Zenbook Pro Duo OLED UX8402ZA that was listed for parts only. The seller mentioned that it had no display output but that the charging lights worked.

              When the laptop arrived (without a charger and SSD), I connected a charger and confirmed with a multimeter that it was charging the battery. However, when I tried to power it on, only the backlight of the secondary display came on. There was no image, and it didn’t boot into the BIOS.
