HP OMEN 16-C0114NW – no image after replacing CPU Ryzen 7 5800H with 5 5600H and flashing BIOS

    Hello everyone.

I have another HP OMEN 16-C0114NW laptop with serial number 5CD1501LJX. The original problem was as follows. The laptop could not load Windows and every time it threw a bluescreen - y - most often WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. The processor that was originally in it was AMD RYZEN 7 5800H MOBILE PROCESSOR - 100-000000295. I decided to replace it with a fully functional, used AMD RYZEN 5 5600H MOBILE PROCESSOR - 100-000000296, which I got from a donor board, on which it worked 100%. After soldering the processor, I also uploaded a new, fresh BIOS to it with the UBT2 program (I am attaching the original BIOS and after modification). The laptop with the new BIOS displays an image with text for a split second (Appendix 1), then the image goes out and nothing happens; to display the image again, you have to re-flash the same BIOS. I also checked that the laptop does not display an image at all on the original BIOS. I also changed the KBC and programmed it with the original batch from the original KBC. Graphics card: 215-130000026 (some AMD Radeon) Motherboard: DAG3KQMBAD0 REV.D KBC: ITE IT5570E-256 CXA What could be the problem in this case? Thanks in advance for all your answers. Best regards. Norbert

I have just uploaded the BIOS from post #2 and unfortunately the effect is still the same as at the beginning.

either you didn't write the bios correctly, or the laptop has another problem...
