Yes the serial number was hard to read on the label.
But I manage to bypass the supervisor password with this patched BIOS.

      HI Team.
I have a ThinkPad X1 Yoga 3rd gen that has a SPV password.
I tried unlocking it with the autopatcher, but after flashing the patched file I only got 3 blonks on the power button.
I flashed the original file, buth same effect.
I would appreciate any advice and help.
      S/N R9-0TN4C1 19/03
      TYPE 20LE-S3000G
I used CH341A programmer, Attaching original files read with CH341A MINI PROGRAMMER and NEO Programmer.
      Thanks in advence

Hi, I wanted to replace my WWAN card for one that works with linux, but I'm getting the "unauthorized network card detected..." error at boot. I've already dumped my bios, tried to modify it with UEFI tool and IDA free, but I'm not experienced enough to make it work, laptop wouldn't boot after my mod :p. I reverted back to the original bios and the laptop continues to work fine, albeit with the WWAN lock still in place. I'm attaching the unmodified bios dump here with the hope that someone can help me make it work Thanks in advance.

Hi, The autopatcher won't work for this model/generation (+The Password is stored in the MEC1663)

EDIT: Maybe your MTM is supported after all (it could be the last supported one, and every machine type after it isn't)

It can handle that MEC via JTAG I think. But first, try these patched files and See if it lets you clear the Password
(Ofc you need to follow the instructions from Post #'1 of that same AUTO-PATCHER thread)

Need Clean BIOS/EC Bin File for Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 11e - Stuck with 0275 Error CMS

                      Hello everyone,

I am attempting a repair on a Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 11e that is currently stuck at boot with the error: "0275 error CMS" even after setup new bios battery and will not allow me to enter the BIOS/Setup.

This is a critical issue that I believe requires flashing the BIOS chip directly using a programmer (e.g., CH341A/RT809H), as standard software updates or resets are not possible.

I have opened the laptop and identified the main BIOS chip...

                      Good day.

I'm seeking information, advice, or fix for a BIOS upgrade that is always failing on a Thinkpad X12 Detachable Gen 1 (Wistron 19835-1). The failure is indicated as "An unexpected error has occurred, and the process did not complete." as shown in (1) whenever I try upgrading the BIOS via the provided official BIOS bootable CD or BIOS Utility (Windows) update releases, practically EVERY version released for this unit as can be downloaded in (2). I acquired the unit as second hand, and the sticker labels like the CPU/Manufacturer logos and even the factory labels...
