my laptop lenovo x1 nano is bricked after update bios, can you please help me

Thank you for the new file, I tried it but the laptop is still not starting. After applying the new BIOS, the "Esc", "Caps Lock", "F1" and "F4" keys briefly flash but nothing happens after that.
