Need help to understand clear ME step

Hi
I have Dell 5300 which I need to flash its Bios but one step is confusing me in Clear Me process
When running Me Analyzer it shows me the verision i 12.0.49.1534
and when I extract the file I found it bigger than the ME file in the Bios
Attached the files .Please advice me what to do
