I have a Dell Inspiron 14 7440 2-in-1 here which does everything except turn on the screen

Thanks for your help but problem still there 1 time power showing for only 1 second after nothing.

this bios file is the same bios before I uploaded only i have changed 00 FC AA To 00 FC 00 and 00 FD AA To 00 FD 00
Then flashed t The Laptop power on 1 time restarts after about 15 seconds without display second time starts and dell logo appears on the screen for about 7 seconds looks everythig good but
then automatically power off after power button also no power on again Flash bios same thing happen every time.
is there any hope please help.

bios work ok but it alert! TPM could not intialized and tpm device is not detected.
