Bios dell latitude 5450

i have dell latitude 5450 intel ultra 5 135u
bios ic is : gigadevice 25LR512MEY, i use RT809F it can't device, so i dvice by 25Q512jv and read. file save look like good, it has me region 18.0
now reprogram bios file back to bios chip laptop no longer turn on again.
some one can help me build a new one?

try to connect the battery if you done it still doesnt work wait for a few restart

laptop has bios password. just copy file to computer for remove pass. but after flash back it can't be turn on. i think the dump not fully copy then error
