Dell Inspiron 5415 Bios Required

I need a Bios image for the next model. The latptop starts to blink 3 white and 3 amber, which means recovery bios file not found.
Tried to use multiple bios image from dell for the specified model with various USB, without success...
The simptoms was black screen and backlit of keyboard on, any sound, then the LED blinks, but fans not spinning.
Tried to unplug battery and button battery. After that, with the battery plugged, black screen and fans spinning at full speed and keys beep if press it, but, can't turn off the laptop in anyway, i have to unplugged battery...!
The laptop reads the USB, the leds blink in all of then used.
I don't know what exactly happens to reach this situation, but i think it would be a bad update from firmware/bios with just battery in background...
I think with a new bios, the method is as usual, copy the bios to the root and just ctrl+esc while plug the charger, but i have not clear the format needed, bin, rcv, fd..., and the expected name...bios_img, bios_cur....

post the contents of the bios chip even if it is corrupted..

The bios chip must be unsoldered from the board before writing or reading..
do not use the clip, you may have errors..if you do not have anything to unsolder it with,
solder wires between the programmer and the bios chip..

I don't have the skills to solder or unsolder, nor the necessary materials to remove the BIOS from the laptop's motherboard.
When I read the thread, I hoped it would be possible to create a new BIOS with the information provided.
In my case, there's no backup of the necessary data, the laptop wasn't accessible when all this started happening.

The computer still won't turn on, only the LED lights are on, the fan is spinning strongly, and the LEDs are flashing 3 red and 5 white. However, when I used the BIOS file from Dell's website, it turned on but showed a Manufacturing Fn+x error.

Can I have help with faulty Dell 5415, Can my Bios dump can be repaired please? I've used Bios dump from post #10 and laptop turns on now, however is slow, doesn't charge battery but maybe its hardware issue. After loading windows system shows on login screen message that PIN have to be changed but its taking ages and freeze on the end. Is it possible to restore my old bios with all details, serial number, service tag etc? to make it working without installing windows ?
