Hello, that happened to me too.
I didn't enter an empty password but a new password that I knew, 123456, twice and then restarted with ctl+alt+del.
I also had error messages with F10.
The important thing is: changes have been saved > continue appears otherwise nothing will be adopted.

First of all, thank you for your answer, I created 123456, but with ctrl+alt+delete the result was the same again.
When I try 123456 f10 again, I get the same error and it doesn't work.

did you clean the security chip
        What model of thinkpad
Add a password if this one does not clear and restart, see if you have access with the new pass

For errors at the end, it often happens to me even without modifications, I'm not too worried
for errors continue with OK, until the PC restarts. several errors may appear

          hello lenovo t14s gen1 nm-c891 rev:1.0
I think you are talking about the blank password, which I understand without clearing it. I tried it with enter. The same result (Did you clear the security chip?) I couldn't understand what you mean. When I get the errors, when I press enter a few times, it restarts, but nothing changes, the result is still the same.

              Success!!
The mini circuit with button and GND from USB was a miracle, i was ctrl-alt-delete and buttoning rapidly.
Thank you Maxpower3 pro as usual.

I did chip cleaning and the result is still the same.
I tried with an empty password, I tried ctrl+alt+delete, still the same.
I tried f10 by changing the password to 123456. It kept giving me an error. I passed the errors with enter and restarted, but the result was still the same. I couldn't remove it. Could there be another solution?

In my case i cleared the already virtually cleared password (set to DISABLED even if there was password) 5 times just to be sure, then i cleared Security Chip every time, 5 times total too. Ctrl Alt Del and F1 resulted in unlocked bios )
I suggest you to repeat the procedure, password field perhaps it will show DISABLED, ignore it and proceed with twice ENTER followed by Security chip clear, fingers crossed.

I think soon we will see a simple usb powered circuit that will execute the short in specific time and duration for the glitch to success.

Perhaps a modified programmed device like ACE for XBOX360 will work too.

How you enter BIOS in these situations?
With the glitch or with the 123456 you said before?

I see that in both video you get 0199 error ( Security password retry count exceeded )
You had this error before the glitch aka you tried many times to enter random passwords OR happened after the glitch?
