First of all I'd like to express my gratitude and appreciation to Maxpower3 for the shorting method which helped me to remove SVP from my T14 Gen1 Intel based laptop. Everything went smoothly - I shorted one of the required pins to ground, disabled SVP and cleaned the security chip (a couple of times) and rebooted by ctrl alt delete. Password is gone. But i stii get the 2204 Error after rebooting from Windows. I tried reinstalling Windows, that didn't help. I used Lenovo Utility flash drive, initialised the EEPROM, rewritten all S/Ns and other ids to EEPROM. But that didn't help as well. I disconnected cmos and main batteries and tried again - same error. Does anyone know what I can do about it? I have a suspicion that it throws this error because I am disabling Security Boot in the Bios settings. I need it to be disabled for Linux installation. I attached some photos of the errors I get. Is there a way to solve this issue? Thanks in advance for your help, it is highly appreciated!

IT WORKED ON THINKPAD T14 I7-10610U.
The pin order is as follows:
1. Where number 14 is located, that is pin 14. The others in the same line are 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, and 2 (2 is also marked on the motherboard).
2. Where number 13 is located, that is pin 13. The others in the same line are 11, 9, 7, 5, 3, and 1 (1 is also marked on the motherboard).
Procedure:
Use a clip to short pins 8 and 10.
Power on the laptop, hold the short for a moment, then release and press F1.
If the keyboard doesn't work, use a USB keyboard.
Once inside the BIOS, remove all passwords (leave them blank).
Save the changes and reboot using Ctrl + Alt + Delete.

Also I used a tape to cover every other pin except for #8 to save myself a headache of accidentally shorting 2 pins next to each other.

I also used external screen with internal disconnected and external keyboard. And use ALT+CTRL+DEL to restart and try over and over. You'll get it eventually.
