I didn't enter the serial number because my sticker on the case has long since fallen off. I picked up some knowledge from the internet and learned about the UEFItool program. I managed to rip the (probably corrupted) BIOS, checked it and saved it. I then pasted it into UFEItool in order to find the serial number, unfortunately, as I found out later, in the case of lenovo it is encrypted.

I also learned how to extract the BIOS batch exe. to .bin. The attempt was successful. Unfortunately, I am not sure which parts from my BIOS I should replace to the new one. I'm also not sure if I downloaded the correct bios from the lenovo website because, as I mentioned earlier, I don't have an SN.

Will you please direct me to the solution I need to properly flash my bios? Other than the fact that I need a good bios to flash, I would like to understand so that next time I can do it myself without troubling others to do it.

I add my BIOS as an attachment.

I checked the serial number of the laptop you provided a link to and it has different parameters:
            Intel Core i3-5005U Processor(i3-5005U)
            Intel HD 5500

Will everything be exactly the same in the case of my laptop?

Lenovo Thinkbook 15 G2 ITL i5 (serial number: MP2BFZEF) bios request
                  by Wahaz
                  Hello,

I have a Lenovo Thinkbook 15 G2 ITL i5 Laptop (serial number: MP2BFZEF) that when I turn it on, the led on the power button lights up for 5 seconds, then goes out. There's no display and nothing happens.
So I thought it was a Bios problem.
I found 3 bios chips on the board, which I read with a bios programmer: two XMC model bios chips and a Winbond model bios chip. Each XMC model bios chip has two partitions named XM25QH128A [3.3V] and XT25F128A [3.3V]. And the Winbond model bios chip has three partitions named W25Q80BL 3.3V, W25Q80xV 3.3V and W25Q80DV 3.3V....

                  Hello there.

I am working on a Lenovo Legion T5-26AMR5 desktop that currently has a corrupt BIOS and I have been unsuccessful thus far in trying to fix it myself.

                  History:

                  1. This computer came to me initially with an error message that said "BiInitializeLibrary failed 0xc0000001" or "0135 fan error". It would always be one of the two errors. It should be noted that when it produced the fan error, there was no physical problem with the fans. They were all spinning just fine.

I searched for this error online and discovered...

                  by jendkkd jeje
So a couple of years ago i got a bios update through Lenovo Vantage, so i installed it and bricked my whole BIOS, so i couldn't fix it so i put that ideapad in a box, 3 years later i found that one PC and want to recover it to switch from a 2014 hp laptop to this one.

I found a method to recover the BIOS of many lenovo laptops tha consists in pluging in a USB Flash with the BIOS files and power on the laptop with Fn + R keys pressed until fans go loud and start beeping loud, but nothing worked, so i think filename is wrong, i tried naming the bios file as 07WW.BIN, BIOS.BIN, BIOS.fd,...

I bought a laptop. The seller said the bios was locked. I was looking for a way to remove this ban.
I then got the CH341A and pulled the corresponding files from here https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...evices-and-ele...
The laptop was brought in with a BIOS problem and a password. After reading the dump, the information was damaged. I ask for help in the BIOS with a clean ME region. Motherboard 213035-1. Serial number: PW+04e998, Type number: 21c3-0016ge
