Lenovo ThinkPad P14s Gen 2 INTEL

Hello.
I have a P14s Gen2 with only indication a full fan speed after i connect power.
Measured all voltages and seems correct (measures on bottom attached link) , so i think it's something wrong with BIOS and/or EC.
Tried a couple BIOS+EC and BIOS ONLY dumps but all i get is charger amber led on, nothing else, when i write back the original i get again fan at full speed.
Attached you will find the "fan spin" bios+ec.rar that is the one with fan full speed effect and a "ok".rar that is from the exact same model that is working great (my dump, no clean ME) and i also have in my possession in case you want to crossmeasure.
Please check both bios+ec and advise me, thank you in advance!!!

I think you may have accidentally tried the wrong file or replied in the wrong thread

Thank you - but i could not find my model here as this thread is for AMD while i have an Intel based system. Closes model was this Machine Type Model 20VX00K8UK - but i see that buffer size is different to my one.

wrong chip, check another, size 32mb (33554432) aka W25Q256 .

So you just erased the VBIOS and then wrote back its backup, and now the laptop is working fine? ayee

Yes, that seems to have done the trick. However i see it's running quite hot...

Well, like danito said, the chip you posted/erased isn't the BIOS
it's the VBIOS related to the GPU. So you might want to check the GPU if it keeps getting so hot

well it turn out that is still an issue - the laptop gets frozen after a while approx 10 min on windows and it gets frozen also on lenovo UEFI Diagnostics after 3h - stops 2x test before SSD. Now back to the state that it doesn't boot. can anyone indicate the BIOS chip location please?
