Hello, I have desoldering my bios chip and try to read and write in it, there is nothing in it, it's not detected and when I put the info of my bios chip in search in Neoprogrammer, it read nothing, do you have a solution ?

I followed the tutorial below, but I'm stuck because I can't find the serial number anywhere in the file. I only see where the BIOS version is listed. According to the tutorial, the serial number should be close by. Is the serial number in the dump file encrypted or did I just get a bad readout?
