hello mate`s, i have one problem with the dell XPS 9510 la-k411p,
the laptop starts to dell logo for 10 seconds, then it goes off and restarts again and again without logo i can see that on keyboard backlite, no fans and no error codes

Hello,

I have a Dell XPS 9510 with board LA-K411P that shows the Dell logo for 10-15 seconds before powering off, the customer may have shut off the device during a BIOS update.

Can anyone assist with repairing the original BIOS file?

The service tag is DVGQZH3.

Thank you for your help, but the symptoms are similar unfortunately.

Previously the device would only show the Dell logo once, then loop lights but no image. Now it loops the Dell logo and charging lights in a ~30 second interval, sometimes requiring a power button push to come back on.

Is it possible to try a BIOS extracted from a Dell update executable for this model? I tried but the resulting file was the wrong size (too small).

The extracted file is a bios update,not a full bios image

Okay thank you, so are there any other options for repairing my BIOS then, or am I out of luck if the original is still not working after danito tried to repair it?

Colleagues, it is not a BIOS problem, the problem is the dried paste on the processor, the system detects the processor overheating and turns it off, after removing the radiator, you can see the heated point of the dried paste, if replacing it will not help, the processor is damaged

I downloaded W25Q256JV@SOIC8.BIN, edited it, and the password is removed. It's clean and ready.
