All these informations need to be injected into the BIOS file. You may have to look around for them, usually they are all printed on stickers on the laptop back cover or on the inside of the device.

When you found all the numbers write them down and you can easily add them in Windows with a small program called "HP BIOS Configutration Utility (BCU)" which also lets you exit manufacture programming mode.

Search on Youtube for a video called " Solve Manufacture Programming Mode Is In Unlock Mode Error" on the channel "Dr-BIOS". Everything is explained there.

Sure you followed all the steps in the video? Worked for me several times. Besides that, you can check the original BIOS dump (which you hopefully have). All DMI infos (serial number, feature byte etc.) should be in there somewhere. Copy them into a clean BIOS file and flash it.
