bios file of dell

what i download the bios file from dell website (.exe format) can't extract with 7zip and find the row bios file. what to do? is there any place where i can easily download any bios file.

please help.

Try a old BIOS version,usually those files can be open win 7zip

need to extract the files downloaded from dell and acer web. in dell it cant be extracted at all. in acer it gives an .500 extension file, ie, K42FAS.500. and can't do extraction to find the .bin/ .rom/.wph file.

i am using 7zip software.

what to , please help.

What with extracted bios files witch can not be used to flash chip because do not have same size!? It happens with newer HP bios.
